Copper Seed Limited is a personalised building consultancy service for owners and occupiers of commercial buildings in New Zealand. Services are tailored to suit the needs of the Client as well as the building to ensure independent and appropriate advice is always provided.
Copper Seed is owned and operated by Victoria Richardson, a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years of experience. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Victoria’s approach embodies the standards set by the institution, and all work is undertaken in accordance with best practice guidelines.
Victoria specialises in commercial high-rise facade consultancy, and is passionate about the care and maintenance of facade systems.
My Journey
“Facades are the underdog of a building, and I love an underdog.
I wanted to learn more about facade systems and their needs, so I could help give them a fighting chance.
And, that’s how I came to specialise in high-rise facades.
Through my studies, and becoming an abseiler, I have been able to gain an in depth understanding of these magnificent assemblies.
These days I continue to specialise in facades, albeit from a more comfortable position. I combine my knowledge and experience with technology and teamwork to make sure facades receive the best care.”
